Meet with our Solutions Consultant to identify your needs and business pain points to determine the next steps. (we’ll send you an agreement to sign and you’ll be assigned a Client Success Consultant.)

Step 2: Discovery Zoom Call

Video call meeting with our Client Success Consultant to clarify your tasks, tools, and personality requirements to ensure we match you with the right Avid staff.

Step 3: Placement Process

Our Client Success Consultant will then meet with our Placement Team to discuss and match you with one of our talented staffers.

Step 4: Kick Off Call

You, our Client Success Consultant, and your assigned staffer will have a kick-off call. This is the official start to your great partnership where you’ll get to set initial goals and discuss communication plans. Setting yourselves up for success!

Step 5: Onboarding

Your Client Success Consultant will stay close in the first few weeks to provide you with high-touch relational service to guide you through our onboarding process.

Step 6: Nurturing

You will have a number of ongoing check-ins to support you and your dedicated staffer throughout your partnership with Avid.

Pricing & Plans FAQ

How many hours can I save per week?

Having an Avid virtual assistant, you can save anywhere from five to fifteen hours each week. And because we are experienced in so many administrative tasks, we can typically handle them faster and save you even more time.

Can I Change My Plan?

Yes, you can. If you need to, you can downgrade or upgrade your plan. Simply discuss your needs with our consultant to confirm your plan change. It will go into effect in the following month.

Can You Train My VA On My Behalf?

We offer ongoing training to all our staff. We do provide an initial customized training to your assigned assistant during the onboarding process after which, there will be a hand-over process where you will work hand-on-hand with them and you’re welcome to train them to meet your needs.
